As a graduate UX Experimentation Researcher you will be responsible for coordinating the lifecycle of experiments for The Hut Group's customer facing websites; Including the ideation, planning, QA and the roll out of robust and insightful experiments.




- Knowledge of A/B testing and optimisation
- Understanding of hypothesis creation, statistics and results interpretation. 
- Analytics knowledge 
- Understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) processes and methodologies. 
- Methodical and logical approach to QA 
- Ability to communicate to various teams regarding experiment progress 
- Knowledge of eCommerce 
- Exposure to UX/UI principles and design 
- Ability to perform well in a fast paced environment 


- Follow a user centred approach, ensuring both qualitative and quantitative data are being used to support hypotheses 
- Gather stakeholders' requirements regarding business problems 
- Support in the facilitation of planning experiments to determine hypotheses, metrics, durations and technical requirements 
- Formulate research and test plans (including hypothesis creation) spanning the discovery, exploration, evaluation, and validation phases of projects 
- Understand user behaviours, identifying pain points and ensuring insights can be delivered from both winning and failed experiments. 
- Work closely with design, development and data science teams to implement A/B tests 
- Conduct experiments across multiple locales and international customer groups 
- Conduct multi device audits 
- QA A/B experiences on websites to ensure that they perform as expected including usability, functionality & cross device checks 
- Communicate issues and errors identified in QA to the relevant teams and work collaboratively to ensure the correct solution is reached & provide sign off for experiments.
