About the Role: is the destination for men's grooming. The Mankind Ecommerce Executive will work with the Site Manager to deliver the Mankind marketing strategy including content creation for social media, emails, content and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Visual Merchandising:
- Working with the Site Manager to implement campaigns across site and through marketing channels with a consistent tone of voice and visual theme

- Ensuring key promotions are prioritised on site and through marketing channels in line with Buying/Campaign plans

- Reviewing top selling and under-performing products on site and use data to understand how to merchandise them across site

Content Creation:
- Work with Site Manager to create a strategy using search analysis and trend data to create content to push across marketing channels including Social Media, Email and Blog

- Create email campaigns in line with overall site strategy outlined by Site Manager

- Work with central CRM team and Site Manager to decide on target audiences for email campaigns

- Publish on trend blog content, utilising search analysis and market trends to help drive topics

- Run Social Media channels with up to date content to engage and grow our audience across all appropriate platforms

- Align with central Organic team to optimise SEO across site


- Recent Graduate in a commercial discipline e.g business, economics etc

- A strong interest in Ecommerce and Marketing

- A desire to take on high levels of responsibility and ownership

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Be proactive and use initiative to solve problems

- Experienced Microsoft office user, especially Excel
